Anne-Marie Dionne is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa in Canada. Her main research area is about children’s and youth’s literature. Her research focuses on the pedagogical use of informative texts, social representations in picture books and novels. She is also a specialist in family literacy. Her doctoral studies were completed at the Faculty of Education at the University Laval, in Québec City.
