Abstract

Next 11 countries: Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Pakistan, Philippines, Mexico, Nigeria, South Korea, Turkey and Vietnam – are considered as a group of countries that will begin the next cycle of growth in emerging markets. The economic development of these countries would not be possible without ensuring sufficient funding companies through the banking system and capital markets. Next 11 countries are characterized by a variety of financing structures, with different proportions of the share of equity and foreign. Many companies from these countries decide to raise capital in the market depositary receipts.
