Gloss. Commercial Law in Judgments and Commentaries is a scientific journal, that has been published since 1995. This quarterly is aimed to provide an analysis of issues regarding both Polish and European Union Law. It publishes discussions analysing the judgements of Polish: Supreme Court, Supreme Administrative Court, courts of appeal, as well as the European Union Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. The Editorial Board allows the publication of a limited number of texts in the form of scientific articles, remaining within the scientific scope of the journal. The author receives 70 points, each time, after having his/her article published in the journal (accordingly to corresponding norms of Polish law). The journal is indexed in the international database: European Reference Index for the Humanities and Social Sciences (ERIH+).
