The work in the process of the repeated social adaptation of prisoners

Abstract


The work, making possible the satisfaction of many human needs, has for the man the
manifold meaning. Because her lack causes consequences economic, social and psychological, favors to the social separation, to the loneliness and the limitation of contacts to persons from the immediate family. The work accompanied from time immemorial to the imprisonment and in the dependence from the function to credited punishment she gathered the different meaning. One can her so credit the function retaliatory, practical and educational. The work, treated as the centre of the influence on convicted should be adequately stipendiary, useful socially, creative, voluntary, conforming with interests, possibilities, an education of the prisoner, should assure to him the possibility of the carriage of successes, winnings and extending of professional qualifications, teach disciplines, the responsibility and the respect ofmoney. Important also this is, so that she favor to linking of affirmative social accounts about assignment character and her organization took into account in due measure possibilities
fundamental rights workers. Research presented in the article showed that prisoners wanted to work, but have not such possibility on account unemployment’s. Often they treat however the work instrumentally, as the manner on the improvement of their own situation in, what does not make for attaining of educational effects.
