Jarosław Kostrubiec (Assistant Professor) received his PhD degree in Law from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. As a stipendist of the German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst) he was doing research on Public Law at the Faculty of Law at Heidelberg University (Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg) in 2005–2006. He is Editor-in-chief of such academic journals like “Studies in Law and Administration” and “Scientific Journal of Students”. His research consist on history of public administration, public law, as well as theory of state. He is an author or editor of about 80 academic publications (monographs, academic textbooks, legal commentaries, articles and book reviews). One of the publications is the monographic study entitled Local Self-Government in the European Union Member-States (Warsaw 2015).
