The Obligations in Occupational Health and Safety of Non-Employees
Abstract
The article describes the employers’ and non-employers’ obligations in occupational health and safety of non-employees. The author emphasizes that the health and safety at work is important not only towards people who are employed on the basis of the contract of employment but also on the basis of civil contracts. Regulations pertaining this matter are to fulfill the State’s obligations towards workers by the employer. The author’s conclusion is that the regulations of discussed matter regarding to people who are working on the basis of contract of employment and on the basis of civil contracts are unjust in some legal aspects.
